I could support the females if they need help.

I also do free breast cancer examinations, unfortunately i'm limited to nearby patients due to a lack of funds to travel the country despite attempting to get government funding. (Note: The Government does not have a sense of humor.)

your website is great, did you create this Toohot? looks like the PHP-Nuke script witch i am an expert in if you ever need help doing something let me know. i do web design, and as far as suggestions go i would try to fix some of the overlapping you have going on with some of the blocks and ads. the colors are great, all though you may want to change the white lettering that you have on the very light blue background. Other then that Great Job!
